Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (e-mail address). Contact information from the order form is used to send our customers’ orders and information specific to their requests and/or email lists to which they have chosen to participate. This information is passed to a credit card clearinghouse and is unobtainable by any BrickhouseDirect staff at any point during or after a transaction.
BrickhouseDirect runs contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (e-mail address) and demographic information (zip code and date of birth). We use contact data from our contests to send users information about our company and our associated labels as it matches that customers affinities. The customers email address must be correct in order to be entered into any Giveaway or contest. If a customer is selected as a winner of a contest and their email address is not verifiable and are unable to respond to the notice within 48 hours from the time noted in the email itself then BrickhouseDirect reserves the right to reopen the contest and move forward with another contest/sweepstakes winner.
